The WVU Hub will close at 2 p.m. Eastern on Friday, August 30. Normal business hours will resume on Tuesday, September 3 at 8:15 a.m. Eastern.
All students who had set up proxy access to the Parent/Guest Portal prior to May 20, 2024 must reauthorize due to a system upgrade. Any proxy not reauthorized has lost access and is unable to discuss account details with the University.
The Promise Scholarship application for next year is open! Apply on the Promise Scholarship website.
The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for the 2025-2026 academic year is available NOW on the Federal Student Aid website. The earlier you submit, the better. Some aid is limited!

Fall 2022 charges are available to view in WVU MyAccount (via the WVU Portal). If you owe a balance, you should have received a billing notification to your MIX email (via your WVU Portal). For more information, please visit our Fall Billing Information webpage.
Summer 2022 charges are available to view in WVU MyAccount (via the WVU Portal). If you owe a balance, you should have received a billing notification to your MIX email (via your WVU Portal) on April 4. Payment for summer charges is due May 1. Beginning Tuesday, March 17, 2020, the WVU Hub lobby is closed to walk-in traffic, but we are still able to assist you. The preferred method is to submit an online request for topics related to financial aid, student accounts, and work-study or email for topics related to the University Registrar.
During this time, our staff is limited and phone wait times may vary. These adjustments come as we continue to take advice from public health experts, and our highest priority is safeguarding the health, well-being, and academic success of all faculty, staff, students, and our communities.
