Undergraduate students are now assessed a fee for the First Day Complete course materials program. The opt out period for the fall semester is from July 22, 2024 to August 30, 2024. For more information and to learn how to opt out, visit our Course Materials Program webpage.
The 2024-2025 Student Health Insurance Waiver is available through July 26, 2024 on the Student Insurance Office (SIO) website and must be completed each academic year to opt out of automatic enrollment in the WVU Aetna plan. Students will receive a confirmation number and email from SIO confirming the waiver once approved. The charge will be removed 1 to 2 business days after the approval email. Please email SIO@mail.wvu.edu with any questions.

Spring payment is due January 2, 2024 for students who owe a balance and received a billing notification on December 4 directing them to their WVU MyAccount. Monitor WVU MyAccount for the most up-to-date balance due and your MIX email for billing updates and payment options. Refer to our Spring 2024 Billing Information webpage for additional details.
All students who had set up proxy access to the Parent/Guest Portal prior to May 20, 2024 must reauthorize due to a system upgrade. Any proxy not reauthorized has lost access and is unable to discuss account details with the University.

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for the 2023-2024 academic year is available NOW on the Federal Student Aid website. The earlier you submit, the better. Some aid is limited!

Beginning Tuesday, March 17, 2020, the WVU Hub lobby is closed to walk-in traffic, but we are still able to assist you. The preferred method is to submit an online request for topics related to financial aid, student accounts, and work-study or email for topics related to the University Registrar.
During this time, our staff is limited and phone wait times may vary.
