The West Virginia Medical Student Loan Program (MSLP) is a state-funded loan program that helps support future physicians who plan to practice in areas of greatest need throughout West Virginia.
Eligible WVU School of Medicine students may receive up to $20,000 per academic year to help cover educational expenses. Borrowers who meet the program's service requirements after completing residency may qualify for loan forgiveness.
