WVU Hub Evansdale Crossing In-Person Assistance (Appointment Only)

The WVU Hub at Evansdale Crossing is located on the second floor of the building (62 Morrill Way, Morgantown, WV 26506).

Though the WVU Hub at Evansdale Crossing remains closed to general traffic, limited, in-person appointments are now available. Please click the SignUpGenius button below to view availability and schedule your appointment. Appointments can be made as far as 24 hours in advance. Please note that day-to-day appointment availability may vary. If you schedule an appointment after the starting time, or if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. We will do our best to help you reschedule or assist you using one of the other options.

In addition to these appointments, WVU Hub assistance remains available via online request (preferred) and phone for topics related to financial aid, student accounts, and work-study. Please note that staff remains limited and phone wait times may vary. Questions for the University Registrar should be directed to registrar@mail.wvu.edu.
