HSTA program graduates who are transferring from other in-state institutions to WVU must contact the WVU Hub and email HSTA's college liaison, Kas Kasten.
Eligible students should work with their Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR) counselor to apply through the West Virginia DHHR website. Students must apply for the waiver within two years of graduation or passing the TASC examination. The WVU Hub is notified of eligible students by West Virginia DHHR. Students must also submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) each year via the Federal Student Aid website.
Students may be considered for this waiver if they meet all of the following criteria:
