Enrollment for Specific Aid Programs | WVU Hub

Each aid program has its own, specific enrollment requirements for the aid to disburse as payment on a student's account.

For example, an aid program may require a student to be full-time to disburse. A different aid program may require a student to be full-time in courses that count for Title IV federal and WV state aid eligibility.

* Title IV federal aid and WV state aid programs have specific requirements which determine if a course may count toward the enrollment requirements for that aid to disburse. Visit our Federal and State Aid Eligibility with CPoS webpage for more information.

** Aid that is pro-rated based on enrollment in courses that count for Title IV federal and WV state aid eligibility means that, for example, a full-time student would receive the full amount for the semester, whereas a student enrolled less than full-time in courses that count for Title IV federal and WV state aid eligibility would receive a reduced amount. For the Federal Pell Grant, depending on the student's Student Aid Index (SAI) and enrollment in courses that count for Title IV federal and WV state aid eligibility, they could see a reduced amount or their grant could be canceled.
